Job description
- Collecting of overdue receivables based on collection strategies built in Collection system (both voice and non-voice)
-sending emails to customers
-calling customers
-sending official dunning letters
- Resolving Customer disputes
- Reporting open items to operating unit representatives
- Acting in accordance to the high quality work standards
- Working closely with the Client and maintain good working relationship
- Acting as the team member
- Identifying potential process improvements
Requirements
- Good command of English
- Very good command of French
- Experience in O2C/R2R
- Experience in Project Accounting area would be an asset
- Good Excel knowledge and computing skills
- Ability to organize own work and tackle priority tasks
- Good Customer Service & communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the Client
- Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently
