Job Description
- Supporting online advertisers in product related queries and advertising
- Refering product feedback from customers to engineering
- Activating and optimazing accounts
- Managing queries from customers in relation to accounts, campaign and budget
- Answering queries relating to complaints, frauds and account hijacking
- Optimizing campaigns and pitching ideas to customers
- Fluent English (C1/B2) and German (C1/B2)
- At least six month of experience in customer service
- Preferably online-related experience, ideally in B2B environment
- Exellent communication verbal and written skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a rapidly-changing environment
