Your role

- conduct ad-hoc analysis on a given topic: extract data from various data sources, consolidate, clean and analyze them as required
- challenge inconsistent data, propose process simplification and data clean up strategies
- support monthly standard report production and various data reconciliation
- manage portfolio of standard and ad-hoc reports on a given topic, cooperate with stakeholders globally and understanding their needs and providing support for their decision making
- capture and review functional execution plans, as well as aggregate multiple functional views to create organization wide view of our workforce
- provide PMO and Business Management Support for selected team's activities, or manage small projects
Your team
Business Excellence & Support PMO team in Krakow/Zabierzów (Krakow Business Park) is supporting processes, projects and tools for UBS. You will be working in Workforce Strategy & Planning team within Group Sourcing with a focus on influencing and planning our firm wide offshoring & nearshoring strategy. We work with functional partners to help them understand opportunities and to build workforce plans which will be in line to business vision. We work closely with our partners across Group Sourcing including Commercial Services & Strategic Delivery Centre Management to maximize the benefits of Offshoring & Outsourcing. By joining our evolving team, you will be constantly challenged to develop innovative solutions facing off to senior stakeholders. This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities as it involves working across all UBS business functions.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience in international environment, preferably in reporting or project management field
- strong analytical skills with attention to details, high degree of accuracy, competent technical skills (advanced MS Excel required, VBA nice to have)
- experience in driving changes
- experience with data visualization tools: MS PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Tableau advantageous
- knowledge of Sourcing, Outsourcing, Vendor or Sourcing Strategy advantageous
- very good English, both spoken and written
You are:
- educated in Economics, IT, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Project Management
- pro-active, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, output-driven
- an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and comfortable with challenging the status quo
- well organized with strong sense of ownership who is able to drive things forward
- open, fast learner, willing to develop within the role
- dedicated to leading organizational and cultural change
