Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the single point of contact for various Clients during project delivery
- Coordinating work of team performing content integration in CMS systems
- Managing Delivery activities of the project including:
- monitoring the project progress
- performing and overseeing multiple tasks related to project
- assessing and highlighting risk and proposing risk mitigation
- weekly and monthly reporting to Client
- ensuring all stakeholders involved are informed and aware of task and/ or project progress
- ensuring that requirements and specifications of the Client are met
- working and ensuring to deliver projects according the defined deadlines
- ensuring quality of delivered projects
- Identifying process gaps and providing recommendations
- Establishing long-lasting relationships
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Highly developed organizational skills to deal with multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to determine priorities; manage third party resources as necessary for project
- Very good communication skills and well developed presentation skills – ability to run client facing and remote presentations
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of various processes at a time and ability to present them in a clear manner to various stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across different levels in organization
- Strong personality with focus on a customer and goals achievements
- Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
- Background in area of content management systems and experience in digital marketing is an advantage
