Requirements:
- Prior Finance/Accounting experience is essential. P
- Sound understanding of local business practices, with prior experience working in-country considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with all levels within the organisation
- Creative and innovative, with an ability to improve current work practices and implement new ideas
- Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written, oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
The purpose of the role:
To effectively manage the local Financial Services operations, ensuring control and compliance of all financial matters in Poland. He/she will provide financial advice and analysis to managers where required and will continually review and develop processes to meet local regulatory requirements
Key tasks:
- Action all payments through to ensure effective centre operations
- Financial Reporting, Control And Risk Assessment, Cost Control, Banking &Treasury, Business Advisory
- Review contracts with vendors on on-going basis
- Ensure smooth co-operation with external company (monitor delivery of original documents, answer queries, explain natures of expenditure)
- Verify correctness of Staff Expense Claims
- Work closely with People Team on salary related matters (ensure all supporting documents for personal taxable items are delivered to People Team on time)
