We are looking for motivated Competence Development Junior Specialist to support our Competence Development team that works directly with the businesses. The challenges you will face include support in designing, planning and rolling out Competence Development programs for our newcomers, managers, trainers and experts. Also you will support us in everyday work such as training, learning plan customization, fixing training schedule, learning management system administration or assisting CoDe manager in project work.
Must have:

III, IV, V year student, preferably psychology (and related), sociology or business administration,
-
possibility and willingness to work 5 days a week,
-
passion for challenges and development - openness to step out of your comfort zone on everyday basis,
-
customer focus and ability to nurture relationships in a culture of competence development,
-
accountability, experience of meeting deadlines and understanding the importance of delivery against agreed targets,

good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
-
good communication in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to have:

educational background in how people learn and how does motivation works,

some experience in working as a trainer or in Human Resources,

knowledge of learning design, adult learning and blended learning theory and strategies,

knowledge of marketing, communication or artistic skills.
