Lead Solution Architect

Main tasks:
We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect for the Account service at the Client Services department.
Our Client is the international IT Company.
As Lead Solution Architect, you are responsible for the Account service, i.e. to ensure that the service is matching the needs of the business and perform as agreed – now and in the future. Your focus is towards the more operational/technical aspects of the service. You are responsible for the end-to-end design overarching the deliveries from the different Competence Areas supporting and building up the service.
Responsibilities:
- enable and support service implementation, update and maintenance of the end-to-end solution design – proactively and reactively,
- secure solution compliance with IT Strategy, IT Architecture (standards) and IT Security,
- secure solution compliance with relevant Competence Area methods, guidelines and supporting platforms,
- secure Life Cycle Management regarding the end-to-end solution design,
- support service reviews - provide input to and support execution of the Service Roadmap,
- coordinate/lead/participate in individual Change Request according to the Service Roadmap (projects/assignments),
- secure required end-to-end performance reporting (e.g. dashboard and reporting scripts),
- performance monitoring, analyze findings as well as initiate and track mitigating actions,
- execute mitigating actions,
- identify and evaluate (future) technology possibilities,
- secure information exchange between Competence Areas and external/internal suppliers part of service delivery (tactical - operational coordination).
Requirements:
- You are expected to take ownership for your area, to strive for continual improvement and to be a team player achieving the improvements in cooperation with related stakeholders and colleagues.
- We think you have a relevant IT education and that you have worked within IT for several years.
- You are able to work independently as well as in teams, either in the lead or as a team member.
- You are secure in yourself and can manage conflicting interests.
- We think you are structured and process oriented.
- You are fluent in English and have good communicative skills, both verbal and in writing.
- As the Account service is based on Microsoft Active Directory, you should have knowledge and experience from the directory service area.
- You are open for business trips - the job location is Katowice with some travel to other locations abroad.
