Responsibilities:
- Performs reception, client service, and greeting/screening duties (includes: answering phones, directing calls/taking messages when necessary, establishing purpose of visit and directs visitors as necessary)
- Facilitate meetings, manage calendars, organize business trips, etc.
- Meetings organization
- Support team events and workshops
- Support in the administration area
- Cooperation with suppliers and courier companies
- Ordering office supplies
- Support in organization of first day of work for new joiners
- HR Administration Support
- Taking care of the appearance of the office
