PMO/Architecture Analyst

Responsibilites
- Take responsibility for the divisional application repository. This includes managing the data quality, define guidelines on how to make changes and creating new entries, coordinate risk assessments and monitor and control regular tasks from various parties across the entire organization.
- Tracking the application decommissioning to ensure our organization meets the KPI targets and reduces overall complexity
- Contribute to the further and continuous improvement of bank wide architecture repositories and dash boards (e.g. Total Cost of Ownership - TCO, Life Cycle Management - LCM, etc.) as well processes and standards for the application development community (e.g. Software Development Framework - CS-SDF, etc.)
- Manage the annual LCM planning cycle and risk assessments across IWM IT
- Prepare and run various meetings like Architecture Oversight Meeting, Regional IWM Architecture meeting, etc. This not only includes the preparation of the agenda, collect and revising meeting content, but also to run those meetings.
- Develop, manage and maintain the architecture repository (SharePoint site)
- Communication / collaboration across a global architecture stakeholder community
- Special tasks and small projects within IWM IT Strategy & Architecture
Requirements
- Communication Skills - the candidate is dealing with SME in various locations around the globe
- PMO related skills - organization, planning, forecasting, reporting
- Technical understanding - this role is dealing with questions in the context of applications, infrastructure, cost, complexity, etc. and therefore it's essential to have an understanding of what is a programming language, a data base, server, network, etc. - without being a developer
- Technical skills in Excel and SharePoint - ability to leverage analytical features in excel (e.g. pivot) and to maintain and manage share point sites (e.g. "develop" lists and basic forms, etc.)
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- German
- PMO certification
- Technical expertise (e.g. technical background on infrastructure, development, and IT technology in general)
