Working on a wide range of Private Banking and Wealth Management banking projects on behalf of our IT departments located across the EMEA region, including London, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Russia and Dubai
Supporting the Program/Project Manager in all aspects of project tracking and management with strong emphasis on financial plans and cost tracking
Communication with the different teams and stakeholders
Portfolio PMO/portfolio controlling and analysis activities for country-specific and regional projects
Reporting that will include data mining, report production, publishing and analysis of results
Assisting with project setup from a project planning, performing, monitor and control,
Ensuring that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across own deliverables
Ensuring the creation of adequate documentation
Organizing meetings, meeting minutes and stakeholder communication, support in MS Excel MS PowerPoint presentations
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills and a flair for numbers, experience of gathering detailed information and consolidating/summarizing for status reporting purposes
- Excel (proficiency), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and project management tools
- Graduated in science (maths, physics, economics)
- Experience in finance
- Successful track record working in a project portfolio office and/or PMO environment with 1 year experience in at least middle-sized organization
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience of communicating with senior IT and business management

A Project Management Officer will support individual project managers and the overall program manager in the management of the projects within the IT Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Branches Services Centre, based in Wroclaw, Poland with main focus on Market Area UK.
Main responsibilities of the PMO is providing portfolio reporting, financial forecasting & controlling, ensuring data quality and integrity for assigned portfolio, Change request management, tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies, supporting diverse stakeholders, client management (status reporting), as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support.
The team itself is a medium size with people with a variety of hard and soft skills. New joiner will have an opportunity to learn a lot from colleagues in a friendly and warm environment. The team comprises of young energetic and motivated people that work well with each other but at the same time are very independent.
