Recruiting Administrator
An excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in recruitment area gained in an international company.
- Master degree, preferably in HR field
- Preferably 4-6 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Excellent English (C1*) & Polish (C2/native)
- Leadership and project management experience
- Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies and processes

- Manage, develop, coach and motivate Recruiting team members, lead hiring and evaluation processes as appropriate
- Guide and help the Recruiting team to source, choose and employ the best quality talents available, and ensure that the recruitment targets are met within tight deadlines and the rapidly changing business demands
- Use knowledge of market and industry trends, study labor market data and competitor trends to develop sourcing plans and strategies
- Build a strong communication, knowledge, and personal relationship network locally and with recruiting leaders in the Firm and other geographic offices
- Manage the internal client relationships to understand business goals and anticipate talent needs
- Track all recruiting activities and processes, manage recruiting process analysis and generate regular reports for internal Stakeholders and ESC Leadership
- Manage recruiting budget for source/stream, ensuring that Firm resources are used appropriately
- Lead recruiting projects beyond office/location, develop and implement special initiatives/projects to continuously improve recruiting efforts
- Manage consistent adherence to Firm recruiting policies
- Serve as the first point of contact for the assigned service function - address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
- Identify, analyze and timely escalate Recruiting concerns and risks to ESC Leadership - communicate internal and external changes in recruiting activities to Stakeholders.
