Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure every candidate and new hire has an exceptional experience while pursuing a career at Cisco
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate candidate interviews - arrange virtual or in-person meetings and handle a large volume of incoming communication that includes email, voicemail and telephone calls
• Arrange candidate travel and process travel expense reimbursements
• Partner with recruiters to quickly and accurately get offers approved, created, delivered, and returned
• Initiate and track completion of background checks, rehire screening, and/or immigration processing
• Assist new hires in getting documentation returned and liaise with hiring managers to ensure equipment and work space is ready in time for a successful first day at Cisco
• Build an effective partnership with aligned recruiters to assist them in attracting the best talent to Cisco
We are looking for:
• Fluent in English, and other language eg. French, German or Czech
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and able to learn new systems and tools
• A customer-oriented mentality. This means an articulate and helpful communication style, detail orientation, and being highly responsive to stakeholders
• With dozens of candidates at different stages of hiring, we need people who can seamlessly manage multiple work priorities, in a fast-paced environment, to effectively meet tight deadlines
• A "people person" and thrive in a team setting, as you will be communicating and building relationships with recruiters, candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; this role involves exposure to sensitive information
