This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join No. 1 RPO provider in the world. You will be focusing on developing new business across the country by selling RPO services and solutions.
Your every-day challenges would include:
- Selling RPO solutions into the Polish market
- Through a consultative / strategic approach identifying new business opportunities and closing new client accounts
- Regular face to face meetings and presentations
- Growing and development of relationships in order to generate new business
- Manage all inbound enquires
Desired skills and expertise:
- Experience in RPO / recruitment services / outsourcing services / new business sales
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Proven proactive approach to solutions design and business development, using a consultative style underpinned by excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work and communicate at all levels, fostering relationships with new clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience of writing contributing to proposals, tenders and presentations
- Able to work as part of a team and ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Must have outstanding time management skills, skilled in consulting and establishing credibility / trust with clients
- Able to handle multiple priorities, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to handle clients effectively
- Goal and result orientation
