Job Purpose:
Supporting global sales team across EMEA region, preparing reports & business presentations including analysis of qualitative & quantitative data regarding sales activities, processing documentation with departmental standards, organizing & coordinating formal events and managing the flow of information between Internal Departments.
Key Accountabilities:
As a sales coordinator, you will be a member of the sales team – depending of the knowledge of a foreign language you will be supporting French or German market. Main part of your role will be related to sales support. You will be responsible for preparing different customized reports for internal sales audiences and external customers (for example revenue & productivity compliance, service levels & commitments etc), analysing complex data – prospects, service levels, goals, productivity and maintain effective administrative processes.
This role also included providing information to internal and external customers on general sales queries, organizing and coordinating crucial events (assessment days, customer events, sales marathons, inductions etc.) and supporting the goal setting process with an appropriate level of guidance.
Requirements:
Successful Candidate should have minimum 2 years of professional experience in an international environment – team support function or customer service experience preferred. Hired person will be responsible for supporting sales department across EMEA region, therefore excellent English and very good French or German are a must.
Knowledge sales environment would be an asset.
Due to the nature of the work, attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a proficient manner are essential. Highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication are also a key. We also require Candidates to be proficient in MS Office tools - including very good knowledge of Excel – this tool would be used on daily basis.
