Security Intelligence and Operations Center (SIOC) Strategist

Requirements:
- Have an understanding on CND operations on strategic, operational, tactical and tools level.
- Have exposure to security monitoring, IR, threat intelligence, infrastructure and engineering.
- Designed, managed and run multiple SOCs for complex and huge environments (like ABB).
- Have general, program and project management knowledge.
- Understand the problem of metrics, changes, organizational structures and work flows.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with Head of SIOC to strategize on SIOC goal, design, roadmap, metrics, interdependencies, recruitment, processes, technology and other related initiatives.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, departments, and 3rd party suppliers to understand interdependency between processes, projects and services which need to be integrated or changed.
- Collaborate with teams and divisions to understand business context and missions.
- Work with IT team to make an order with IT/InfoSec incident management process.
- Consult, review and work on contracts, agreements, changes and documentation.
- Advise and engage into Threat Intelligence, Incident Response and Enterprise Security Monitoring projects as a team member or leader.
- Consult the technology and tool aspect of SIOC related projects: Big Data, Data Lake, LM, FPC, TKM, ticketing systems, information management systems, tasks trackers etc.
- Work on Vulnerability/Content/Configuration/Hardening/Provisioning/Assets initiatives to provide appropriate contextual awareness to SIOC.
- • Oversee the development and maintenance of processes, procedures and tools.
