Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
- Experience in Acc. Reconciliation process (3-5 years) or in single entity closing area (GL/Controlling)
- Knowledge of Runbook tool
- Good command of MS Office/Excel
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2)
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work

Responsibilities:
- Checks and reconciles accounting documents and data received with regard to its complete information and clarifies incomplete information with the respective finance department of the branch
- Proactively supervises and reconciles the accounts assigned to him to clarify open items in pending or current accounts
- Explains and documents the reasons for open items and initiates the necessary actions to clear open items
- Reconciles physical or scanned document information with accounting information.
- Provides Information to the respective finance department (such as unpaid receivables, open items that could not be clarified etc.)
- Makes sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
- Supports the Team leader in teamwork co-ordination, in preparation and running team meeting / dashboard meetings
- Replaces the Team Leader in case of absence
- Performs the internal audits tasks according to Internal Control System
- Takes an active part in projects leaded to improvements and stabilization in processes conducted with the Company
- Supports migration processes /Readiness for migration/rotation/cross-team support
- Acts as mentor (sharing knowledge) to any new/existing team members
- Drives standardization / harmonization activities within own team according to company guidelines
- And other tasks defined by supervisor
