Senior Operations Manager

For our Client – one of the global leaders of outsourcing and technology – we are currently looking for a candidate, possessing strong managerial experience
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the best practices, operational processes, cost reduction and resource utilization
- Ensuring efficient delivery, effective improvements and satisfaction of customers
- Ensuring the delivered service fulfils expectations of the customer and the service metrics, closely monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators
- Developing and coaching of resources in long-term perspective in order to achieve business targets and objectives, according to service agreements
- Close cooperation with Delivery teams / Service Managers
- Providing complex reporting of KPI in regular manner to Senior Management in Business / Delivery Units
- Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with internal and external clients and key delivery partners by holding regular meetings, listening to their needs and concerns, discussing service alignments
Requirements:
- Experience in managerial role within SSC, strong skills in project management
- Able of developing and working in well-defined and structured procedures and processes
- Experience of involving in pre-sales, due-diligence and transitions projects
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity
- Readiness to travel across Europe or further (occasionally)
