Senior PMO/PM Specialist

Responsibilites
- Support planning, designing and managing Legal IT services and products in an end-to-end and fully industrialized manner
- Own the Legal IT services portfolio management, the governance standards and reporting standards across the portfolio, including but not limiting to program- and project deliverables reporting, daily business reporting and cost reporting, using the latest industry-standard reporting tools
- Be the single point of contact towards other relevant teams and systems, including but not limiting to financial forecasting and planning, cost transparency, IT operational risk and central technology service catalog management
- Own and manage central repositories of vendor contracts and support the invoice execution and tracking of invoices against forecasts. Support the service and product managers in establishing new or amending existing vendor contracts.
- Own and provide central configuration management support (hardware and software inventories) across the Legal IT service and product portfolio.
- Support the workforce planning, liaising to our service providers (e.g. delivery project managers and production support leads)
- Own the preparation of key governance meetings (e.g. steering committee, program updates, service meetings with providers)
Requirements
You have:
- Higher education degree, ideally in IT, engineering or business administration, with recent experience in similar roles, ideally in financial industry.
- Experience in IT Service Management best practice frameworks (e.g. ITIL v3) and service lifecycle processes. ITIL v3 Foundation certification or equivalent is a plus
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and strong PMO skills
- Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus

- A strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A good team player, who is used to working in global and diverse organizations
- A self-starter, able to generate drive and willing to take on responsibility
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
