The Junior Technical Delivery Manager will support the delivery of the projects undertaken by the team. The role is primarily to assist Technical Delivery Manager and project managers in the management of the project or programs through the tracking project milestones, changes, risks, issues and dependencies.
The role is for a Junior Technical Delivery Manager to support the management of one or more CFO IT projects at the program level.
Main duties are to perform one or more of the following activities under the direction of an experienced Project Manager or Program Manager:
- Manage resources allocation to projects
- Change request management
- Tracking of project effort
- Milestone tracking
- Tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
- Status reporting (supporting business and client management)
- Process and toolset administrative support for IT Project and the Program Manager
- Logistical support for the IT Project Manager or Program Manager
- Facilitate communication between IT Project Managers, Business Change Project managers and the Program Manager
- Review of project management deliverables, for example project plans and status reports, to ensure they meet defined standards and submission deadlines
- Production of consolidated plans and status reports for projects contributing to a program
- Support Project Manager in delivering documents required by Project Review Board and CS-SDF
- Support Line Manager in administrative work
Communication:
- Maintenance of monthly project update spreadsheets, dashboards and management "decks"
- Maintenance and review of budget figures in OnePPM
The team are the creators and custodians of the systems which support the Customer’s financial records, the subsequent financial and regulatory reporting functions, and the related management information. Wroclaw will be an integral delivery unit focused on our Core Regulatory Processing systems. The Team's remit is to be the competency centre for our core Regulatory systems consisting of calculations engines and data warehouses which provides the necessary data\reports for local regulators (FSA, FINMA, etc.) as well Basel reporting. The function is part of the core mandate for the bank and is highly critical. The Wroclaw competency centre will be the location from which build and meet complex and critical regulatory demand.
