Your new company
On behalf of our globally recognisable Client, operating in the automotive sector, we are looking for a senior specialist in the Compensation and Benefits area, to join their Shared Services structure in Wrocław.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of processes and activities in accordance with the company policies and delivering expected outcomes by driving efficient communication between the management and the specialists. You will be developing stakeholder relations and operations by participating in business development and making decisions on matters related to the delivery of your department. You will be creating an inspiring work atmosphere enabling the personal and professional development of other team members to reach targets and KPIs. You will also be able to coach and support your team members in line with the respective Manager. Please note that it is not a managerial role, but an Expert role.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you need to have 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of the Compensation and Benefits area, from HR administrative and business standpoint and be able to demonstrate your achievements. If you have previous experience as a Leader it would be a plus. You should understand financial management activities eg. planning and control and have proven experience in improving and increasing quality and efficiency through working with continuous improvement. You should know the standards of working in a multicultural work environment and have a general, but broad knowledge of business operation and experience in successful work with stakeholders and senior management. You need to have fluent English.
