Your responsibilities:
- To provide technical support for assigned products such as advertising services, web-development tools, desktop applications or communication and publishing tools.
- To work with the Escalation Management Team/ Technical Group Team on more complex technical issues, in order to provide customer with regular updates and timely resolution of their queries.
- To solve technical issues quickly using the available resources and ensure that information about the solution that is absent or hard to find in the Help Centre is passed on appropriately.
- To escalate customer issues via established Global Customer Support escalation processes.
Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Good command of English and very good (near native) of German.
- Proven ability to write clear and grammatically correct texts in the above mentioned languages.
- Experience of delivering excellent service in a client-facing customer support environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver bad news in a friendly and professional way.
- Demonstrated technical experience in HTML, JavaScript, scripting languages, XML, APIs, etc.
- Proven troubleshooting skills.
The following would be the added advantage:
- Experience in programming, scripting, building a website or dealing with Software Engineers
