The role spans a spectrum of tasks from administrative to thought partner, and requires an individual that can move along this spectrum as needed.
- Talent sourcing: Develop and deploy sourcing strategies for a variety of positions using various sourcing methods (e.g. LinkedIn, Job Boards, Universities, Societies/Associations, Agencies, etc.) and ability to customize your approach.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screen for all applicable roles. Assess candidates’ English language skills, communication skills, job motivation, and potential culture fit.
- Own the candidate experience: Your goal is to provide a great experience for every candidate through all points of contact: company website, LinkedIn careers, email correspondence, in-person, etc.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate intra and inter-office/team. Manage internal communication with hiring manager and team.
- Partnering (with internal clients): A central part of the role is to partner, come alongside, and serve any team members that have recruiting/hiring needs. Relationship building will be a large part of the role and providing exceptional service.
- Relationship management (for external vendors): The recruiting team leverages several external, third party vendors to augment our operations. Vendors include: recruiting agencies, employer branding agency, software vendors. You will be responsible for managing any Poland vendor relationships, and this will likely expand to managing UK or other non-US vendors.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a corporate recruiter or permanent placement recruiter; focus on technology recruiting is highly preferred, finance recruiting experience a plus
- Ability to conduct whole-person assessment; we assess each candidate as an individual
- Ability to develop keen insights into candidates’ motivations, values, and their ability to develop positive relationships with others
- Desire to be a part of a team and ability to assess the same in candidates
- Detail and process-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize
- Highly proficient in internet sourcing
- Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with application tracking systems
