Your role
Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? Are you good at interacting with many stakeholders?
We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- support the Talent & Engagement team with their strategic project portfolio
- perform PMO responsibilities for ongoing projects
- respond to inquiries, manage shared mailboxes and maintain websites related to ongoing projects and products
- manage processes related to surveys in collaboration with Reporting & Analytics and the survey or initiative owners
- perform maintenance activities for key initiatives such as internal mobility, executive onboarding, etc.
- manage communications activities for the team including organizing enabling sessions, events, global conferences, etc.
- provide input to presentations and be responsible for design and formatting
- manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your team
You’ll be working in the Core Services Support team in Krakow Green Office. We are part of the Talent & Development Global Operations department. Your role is to support Talent & Engagement in the delivery of strategic projects and ongoing maintenance of core activities.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Bachelor degree
- experience in working in an HR team, preferably within Talent & Development
- previous experience in a Shared Service organization
- experience in Project Management
- high aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues
- strong communication skills
You are:
- open for new challenges
- good in dealing with stakeholders, including senior managers
- detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
- conscientious and resilient
- fluent in English
