We are looking for a candidate experienced in recruitment and team management who would like to take up a new professional challenge and join our management team. This role will suit an ambitious individual who is willing to build and manage team of recruiters.
We are currently adding new business verticals\lines to your Warsaw Team therefore we are looking for a Team Leader who will help us achieving our business strategy.
This will be a key role to the Warsaw Branch Structure and will offer a chance to further career development in relatively short period of time due to the Cpl expansion in Poland and other countries in Central Eastern European countries.
Team Leader
- The Team Leader is accountable for managing their team’s overall successful delivery of sourcing and recruitment services to key clients.
- The Team Leader is accountable for ensuring all regulations and policies are complied with, processes and procedures understood and performed and KPIs and SLAs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages performance towards desired level in quality and quantity.
- Accountable for internal recruitment for their Teams and supporting other internal recruitment processes.
- Performance management, appraisals and development.
- Building positive relationships with customers, solving problems with the support of Branch Manager.
- Playing a pivotal role in Business Development initiatives, leading by example especially in use of the business systems.
- Active participation in on-boarding of new Clients including face to face meetings.
- Implementation of recruitment and sourcing strategies, leading the team towards creative thinking and new innovative ideas.
- Coordinating recruitment projects on executive positions (team leader, manager, director etc.): deliver set amount of candidates for executive positions.
- Provides accurate reporting on performed activities both internally and for Clients within a timely manner.
- Ensure that appropriate training and developments plans are in place for the team based on upon agreed goals.
- The Team Lead will work alongside operational and support teams within CPL. He/she will deputize for the Branch Manager when required.

Experience:
- He/she must be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of managing end to end recruitment projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in the sourcing/recruitment industry being responsible for delivery to the clients
- Experience in business development/ sales industry as an asset.
- A Bachelor degree or higher in business or a related field is desired.
- Experience leading teams/projects.
- Excellent communication skills in the Polish and English language (both verbal and written).
