Executive Assistant CEO / CFO
Location: mazowieckie
Job description
- The Executive assistant will coordinate and organize marketing events, daily tasks connected with CEO/CFO agenda and travels (business trips organization), officials mails, editing internal/external Newsletter, HR administrative tasks and organization of management meeting with reporting (meeting minutes).
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Executive assistant tasks with high management in international companies as well as good experience in using IT tools.
- Successful candidates will be fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Other languages are an additional asset (German or Spanish).
- Minimum 2 years experience requested.
