Global Procurement Manager

Responsibilites
- Leads the analysis of Commodity and country requirements data and industry trends
- Leads and participates in Supplier Selection Activities. Supports implementation of Global and Regional contracts at Global and countries level. Assesses the supply base of category. Negotiates and contracts with suppliers.
- Drives procurement activities in terms of operational support
- Projects based works in close interconnection with the internal stakeholders.
- Works closely with Strategic Global Procurement team to align with Commodity strategies and contribute effectively to cost reduction initiatives and strategies.
- Utilizes supply chain and financial modeling tools
- Manages and qualifies supplier performance.
- Executes risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and operation strategies.
- Identifies savings capabilities and drives saving versus target.
- Identifies common contract risk areas. Negotiates acceptable contracting outcomes using prepacked solutions
- Ensure Luxoft is well contractually protected and is utilizing best terms and conditions for commercial contracts on the market
- Luxoft Policies & Procedures are followed and operations run according to Luxoft approval processes
- Contribute to the savings targets
Requirements
- Bachelor/master degree
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, industry, and suppliers.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and supply chain modeling skills. Strong knowledge and use of procurement tools and
applications.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities. Basic Project Management Skills. Basic ability to develop suppliers
- Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills; basic influencing skills.
- Mastery in English and local language
- Ability to create a contract using standard contract templates with supervision. Applies cause and effect thinking to identify common contract risk areas. Solid understanding of fundamental contracting principles.
- Good understanding of Luxoft business units and business strategy.
- Excellent cultural knowledge of supplier locations
