For the newly established EMEA SAP HR Team, we are looking for a Junior HR SAP Specialist that will be responsible for SAP HCM transactions, both on the Organizational Management (OM) side and the Personnel Administration (PA) side. As Junior HR SAP Specialist you will be handling request from across the EMEA region; Europe, Middle-East and Africa region, consisting of up to 8500 employees.
- You will work in an international team, collaborating with colleagues and clients from all over the EMEA region; international travel might also be required.
- You will learn and develop your interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, while interacting with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries in the EMEA region.
- We will provide you with development opportunities such as soft skills and technical training, our internal job shadowing program and foreign language classes. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in business projects or the implementation of process improvements.
- You will be able to be part of a quickly growing HR team and your input will shape the future of the team.
- Be responsible for HR Operations Services mailbox, processing (HR SAP) requests swiftly and efficiently.
- Maintain and manage the EMEA Organizational Structure in SAP HCM; creating, updating and modifying positions, position titles, cost centers, job codes, work locations, staff functions and organizational units.
- Serve as a junior consultant for HR professionals across the region on SAP HR related questions.
- Test updates, enhancements and system changes before go-live.
- Assist with EMEA HR reporting and analytics
- Experienced with SAP, up to 2 years, especially the SAP HCM module.
- Technically savvy, with a good understanding of (HR) IT systems.
- Experienced in Human Resources.
- Able to network and navigate within the HR organization effectively.
- Able to prioritize and work under time pressure.
- Action oriented and able to deal with ambiguity.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
- Fluent in English, required to facilitate communication between the business and HR professionals around the world.
- Fluent in French, required to communicate with our locations in Morocco and France.
- Speaking one or more of the following languages; Spanish, Italian and Turkish.
