You will lead all stages of the talent acquisition process with both candidates and clients, providing an excellent service in the IT sector and to grow and develop the business within this market.
With your technical expertise you handle project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. You will be responsible to source, headhunt and match candidates to your clients’ vacancies. Using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques you will attract business from client companies. Advise clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, career opportunities and/or talent acquisition strategies.
You are capable of designing and developing talent acquisition strategies as well as consistently strive to build long term relationships with both candidates as clients.
You love networking in person and on social, you are passionate about talking to people, face to face and over the phone. If these are not your core skill sets, this won’t be the job for you.

Handle end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal and external candidates

Run talent acquisition projects together with the client

Create and advise on talent acquisition strategies

Source candidates via telephone and through various social media channels

Provide candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews

Update job boards, post vacancies online via in-house recruitment system

Screen and short list CV’s for all vacancies

Identify active methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods

Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes

Handle recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking

Grow, develop and attract business

Strong B2B / telesales / F2F / sales experience

Happy to spend a lot of time on the phone

Fluent in English (C1 level)

Some experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and/or HR

Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, boolean, X-ray

Ability to influence clients and candidates
