As a Senior Market Consultant – Team Leader you will be managing the client's global customer satisfaction survey operations.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the client´s global customer satisfaction survey operations
- Consulting, coaching and training of the client in all aspects of customer satisfaction surveys
- Leading daily communications with the client identifying risks, tracking and resolving issues, gathering business requirements as well as coaching and training the client to improve customer satisfaction surveys
- Coordinating work of various counterparties and reporting status to senior project leadership
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good communication skills in German is an asset
- University degree, preferably in Management
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Team management experience will be an asset
- Outstanding communication and very well developed presentation skills
- Proven program / project management skills to manage the client effectively, anticipating and communicating risks
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across all levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently and to determine appropriate priority of tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong customer and target oriented personality
- Comfort in working in a changing and challenging environment
- Experience in Automotive sales and aftersales business, customer care, customer satisfaction including knowledge in relevant satisfaction metrics is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work in shifts
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
