Job Description:
Business Operation Support team is a part of Network, Data Center and Communication Services organization (NDCS). The primary purpose of the Service Delivery Specialist/ Supporter is to provide vendor management, network services and back office support.

- Very good reporting and analytical skills
- Basic technical knowledge (networks, processes, projects)
- Accuracy and ease in capturing differences
- Very good work organization under time pressure
- Good technical skills especially in MS Office (including Excel, pivots), graphic editor, PowerPoint, HTML (would be a plus)
