Job description:
- Training coordinator for intensive English course- recruitment of candidates, conducting trainings, evaluating
- Handling logistics during trainings- arranging rooms, equipment
- Customer support for English speaking clients and trainees coordination during practical part of training
- Additionally single point of contact for branding team in upcoming local branding activities
Main accountabilities:
Training coordinator:
- Assisting in identifying outside resource - recruitment
- Administering training program evaluations; compiling and distributing results to appropriate stakeholders
- Organizing, developing and planning training programs to meet specific training needs
- Being a single point of contact for branding activities
Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network
- Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions
- Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team
Candidate’s profile:
- Fluent English skills- both spoken and written (degree in English Philology required)
- Experience in teaching or Pedagogy degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - being able to communicate across all levels within company structure
- Ability to work with minimum of supervision
- Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
- Enthusiastic, hard working, confident with a “can do” attitude
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Experience in branding activities will be an advantage
