Opis stanowiska:
Assistant with fluent Dutch
Job Type: Full Time.
Operating hours: Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Creating new accounts/ adding new users to existing accounts and updating necessary changes in Entitlement Database.
- Ensuring created account flows through all customer database interface, failing which primary Ccare team to involve appropriate co-work groups for assistance.
- It’s the responsibility of the Primary Customer Care Agent to open a case in Clarify for every new incident/request reported by the customer.
- A proper clarify case to be dispatched to the appropriate group.
- Ensuring adherence of all case management rules which will help in the right and a quicker resolution and hence maintain a manageable backlog.
- Handling customer phone calls and address their issues in a timely manner.
