Client Relationship Director

Responsibilites
- Establishing trustful relationship with senior, MD level client audience
- Overseeing delivery from client satisfaction standpoint
- Being voice of the client internally, working on improving Luxoft service quality and offerings in WM space
- Represent Luxoft interests during different client initiatives and transformations
- Understand Customer's strategy, plans and intents
- Influence decisions regarding our positioning and portfolio
- Contribute into maintaining and improving our reputation as the Strategic Vendor
- Find out and nurture opportunities, and act as a pre-sale manager
- Host visits of senior management from Customer in Luxoft office
- Communicate with the Customer to obtain feedback on quality and performance of our teams
- Back up or represent in person members of Luxoft team at meetings, workshops, and other events
- Enable and facilitate information exchange between parties as required
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as an account manager or client relationship manager
- On the client side: Wealth Management IT or operations / front office support or
- In high end consulting companies (Accenture, Cap Gemini etc.) or niche WM focused onsite consulting boutiques
- General understanding of IB & WM business, current trends and challenges and how these are reflected on IT
- General understanding of IT services, banking platforms and vendor space
- Exposure to CEE near-shoring desirable
- Fluent English speaker, excellent communicator and presenter
- Structured mindset, ability to plan, follow up, clearly report, and get things done.
