Swiss company, International business environnement, is looking for:
Executive Assistant CEO/CFO
Location: mazowieckie
Job description
- Coordinate and organize marketing events,
- Daily tasks connected with CEO/CFO agenda and travels (business trips organization), officials mails,
- Editing internal/external Newsletter,
- HR administrative tasks and organization of management meeting with reporting (meeting minutes).
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Executive assistant tasks with high management in international companies as well as good experience in using IT tools
- Successful candidates will be fluent in French (spoken and written) and English
- Other languages are an additional asset (German or Spanish)
- Minimum 2 years experience requested
