The HRIS Team EMEA is part of the HR Service Delivery organization, responsible for providing HR information services to all IP locations in the EMEA region. The HRIS Analysts advise and guide end users on various HR Information Systems; VEMO, SAP HR, SuccessFactors (My-Rewards, My-Roadmap, My-Recruitment), Secure IP, My-View and Business Warehouse. The role entails HR Reporting and HR Analytics; creating dashboards, reports and data visualization. Ensuring HR Data Quality is also included in part the role. The HRIS Team is responsible for almost 10 000 EMEA employees’ personnel data in 17 countries.
As part of the HRIS Team EMEA you work in a team that makes the difference every day by helping our HR community in the EMEA region, to provide HR Service of the highest level to all IP employees. You will have the opportunity to work together with our colleagues in the US from difference departments e.g. HR, IT and Finance. The HR organization is undergoing a transformation and HR Reporting and Analytics is part of our company’s 2020 vision. That means that the HRIS Team EMEA has a great role to play in the future of HR and our company. - Be responsible for HRIS Services mailbox, processing (HR SAP OM & PA) requests swiftly and efficiently, making sure the KPIs and SLAs are met
- Maintain, clean and manage EMEA Organizational Structure in SAP HCM; creating, updating and modifying positions, position titles, cost centers, job codes, work locations, staff functions and organizational units
- Maintain, clean and manage EMEA Personal Administration; lifecycle actions and personal details in SAP
- Ensure HR Data Quality and actively improving the quality of the EMEA Organization Structure and Personnel data
- Serving as a consultant for HR professionals across the region on SAP HR and other HR systems related questions
- HRIS consultancy, trouble shooting and assistance on Secure IP, SuccessFactors, VEMO and other HR/SAP related systems
- User Acceptance Testing updates, enhancements and system changes before go-live on various HR IT systems
- Working on EMEA HR reporting and analytics for HR and business leaders
- Taking part in HR (IT) projects e.g. SAP integrations of new acquisition
- On Site Assistance for the EMEA locations
- Knowledge and/or 2 – 5 years of experience in SAP
- SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) experience - preferred.
- Technical savvy, ideally good understanding of (HR) IT systems; SuccessFactors, Tableau, VEMO and Business Warehouse.
- HR functional and technical knowledge, have a good working knowledge of the HR community, including understanding of typical HR functions, such as salary forecasting, people development, and the engagement surveys. Organizational agility. Ideally experience within HR; required 1 -4 years.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Access and VBA is very useful.
- Fluency in English (and 1 or 2 more other IP EMEA relevant languages, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish or Russian), required to facilitate communication between the business and HR professionals around the region and globe.
- Project Management skills, Microsoft Visio useful.
- Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
- Action oriented and dealing with ambiguity, being able to work independently, multitask, prioritize and work in ever changing conditions
- Communication and organizational agility, being able to network, communicate, and navigate within their organization effectively
- Timeliness, being able to prioritize and work under time pressure
