RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal candidates
- Run talent acquisition projects together with the hiring managers
- Create and advise on talent acquisition strategies
- Source candidates via telephone and through various social media channels
- Provide candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews
- Update job boards, post vacancies online via our in-house recruitment system
- Screen and short list CV's for all vacancies
- Identify active methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods
- Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes
- Handle recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking
