Job Description:
- Drive Operational maturity with value add techniques
- Lead / Facilitate improvement projects ranging from productivity to quality
- Proactively manage and communicate Projects as scheduled
- Manage Cost to Serve targets as per scheduled Projects
- Motivate and engage with teams from around the Region to demonstrate power and importance of a successful improvement programs
- Arrange regular update sessions with key Stakeholders
- Follow Lead Six Sigma methodology to achieve results
- Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client
- Work closely with Accenture Operations Leadership
- Provide management reports in line with Client and Accenture requirements
- Manage costs of the Projects and deliver on time
Essential:
- Operational Excellence knowledge min. Green Belt certification
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within Client and Accenture organizations together with strong written communication skills
- Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive.
