Now we are looking for Recruiter for recruitment project (2-3 months).
The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting talents for Travel Services department of Multinational Service Centre in Poland (Warsaw, Domaniewska).
- Searching, preselection and management of meetings with candidates
- Write job advertisements in consistency with our employer brand and to attract the best candidates
- Implement the best candidate sourcing strategy via external recruitment channels
- Execute pre-selection process (mainly via telephone)
- Select/assess candidates and present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring managers
- Follow up and coordinate the recruitment assignments until the final decision is made with a consultative approach giving insights to the managers
- Fluent English and Polish
- Analitycal and candidate assessment skills
- Dedicated, results oriented
- Bachelor degree minimum
- Experience in candidate selections
