Key responsibilities may include:
- Conduct or facilitate candidate assessments, as required
- Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates.
- Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
- Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire and cost
- Act as the local SME for hiring and partner with local recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solution
- Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
- Ensure one Accenture face to the market and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to Entity Recruiting Leads
- Act as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solution
Qualifications:
- Candidate Relationship Management solid experience
- Min 5-6 years Candidate screening & Assessment on local market
- Candidate sourcing on local market and abroad, especially Multilanguage high volumes recruitment
- Proactive and self-driven attitude
- Recruiting Systems knowledge and experience in delivering reports, TALEO knowledge will be nice to have
- Recruitment Campaign Design and implementation experience
- Talent mapping previous experience will be nice to have
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Very good PC skills and Microsoft office mainly Excel and Power Point
