For our Client international FMCG company to its shared service center we are looking for:
Order Management Specialist with Portuguese
Responsibilities:
- Order entry and processing in SAP system
- Scheduling deliveries
- Issuing the invoices
- Processing product returns and claims from the Clients
- Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues
