Job description
As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, contributes to key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost effective service. Responsible for processing the HR data correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interacts with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date (following strictly Change Request process requirements).
Main accountabilities
- Assists team members in their own priority setting
- Maintains appropriate plans and workload profiles and uses these to commit to sensible targets
- Ensures appropriate escalation procedures adopted and followed by team
- Process end-to-end master data transactions, e.g. new joiners, employees’ movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
- Process HR Administration requests
- Answer client’s calls and emails
- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams
- Successful process related problem solving
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with Change Request process

Requirements
- 1 year of professional experience in HR / HR Outsourcing area
- Excellent German communication skills (both verbal and written) – C1 level
- Very good knowledge of English (Both verbal and written) – B2 level
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- At least basic level of MS Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Process specific systems/tools knowledge, e.g. SAP, CRM system would be an asset
