For our Client, global IT, outsourcing and consulting company we are looking for ambitious and pro-active individuals for the position of Human Resources Administrator with native/advanced Polish knowledge, willing to work and live in Bucharest, Romania.
Working on this position, you will provide support in various human resources administration tasks related to personnel administration (pre-contractual, contract set-up, on-boarding, transfers, changes personal data, training / developmental credits, payroll data, permits, contract changes, departures), compensation and benefits (processing salary changes and promotions) as well as handling the administrative management of special programs (e.g., day care centres).
We are looking for Candidates with 1-2 years of experience on a similar position and advanced level of Polish and English language, as well as good communication and aptitude for learning.
