For our client, international manufacturing and trading company, we are looking for motivated Candidates for the position of Personnel Administration Specialist with German
location: POZNAŃ
Responsibilities:
- manage payroll and personal data within SAP according to the documents and according to the procedures
- poviding a wide range of administrative tasks connected with HR area and personnel administration;
- ensure that Personnel Administration and Payroll processes are in line with global processes/directions, legal and taxation standards
- verifying and entering data and HR-related documents;
- database administration;
- supporting HR team in everyday activities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German language;
- min. 1 year of working experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll environment;
- good knowledge in taxation of law, social insurance and SAP/R3 HR System;
- analytical thinking and good organizational skills;
- ability to work in fast-changing environment;
- interpersonal skills – communicative team player will be a great part of the department.
