Scope of responsibilities includes:
- Developing a procurement strategy on a regional level.
- Analyzing, mapping, and reviewing of current contracts for the delivery of services and products in comparison to the Firm’s business needs and requirements.
- Designing and implementing procurement ideas and solutions to meet business needs and achieve cost savings.
- Designing and executing procurement policies and processes, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conducting negotiations and securing comprehensive agreements with suppliers and service providers.
- Managing contract terms and conditions, performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and technology alignment.
- Supporting the business at all levels in its drive for continuous improvement on savings so that the company can invest in the growth and of its people.
- Providing regular reports on procurement activities and specific inputs as requested to support the annual budget process.
- Ensuring strong relationships with business stakeholders, and being aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience, Skills & Knowledge prom the particular area.
- Full working proficiency in English
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a procurement manager in a business professional services company in an international environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to buildstrong business relationships, aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Continuous improvement mindset.
