Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
Be part of the EMEA Talent Management Team in its mission to retain and develop employees in alignment with the business strategy and goals. You will be a key player in the implementation of a new online Engagement Survey that will be rolled out in the upcoming months. Your role will be critical to the success of the project.

- Perform SAP related requests in the SAP HR Module
- Analyze and rectify the SAP HR Organization structure related to the new Engagement Tool
- Run reports out of SAP HR and the Engagement Survey platform.
- Prepare communication on the Engagement Survey directed to the EMEA population (email, telephone and presentations)
- Provide all-round support in all the activities the Project Manager will be managing, including the coordination of training sessions and providing further assistance to our colleagues across EMEA who will need to use the new tool.
- Capture data in our Learning Management System
- Orientation to detail both for technical and soft HR tasks
- Communications skill/experience, email, calls and training activities.
- Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Willingness to learn; hard system skills and softer communication skills.
- Ability to work on routine/repetitive work.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. Turkish, Spanish, French, Italian is a plus.
- Discretion when working with confidential data.
- Organizational Skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to plan tasks in an organized and timely manner.
- SAP HCM Experience, a plus
- Minimum 6 months experience (HR Project), preferably in an international corporate environment.
