Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
Key resource for IP EMEA Learning & Development for managing training administration, coordination & reporting in order to facilitate deployment and evaluation of L&D programs and events. The purpose of this job is to manage training administration and logistics as well as helping design and deliver L&D solutions and coordinate some TM initiatives to support business needs and organizational change.

You will be working as a part of an enthusiastic, dedicated and creative EMEA L&D team that supports customers across EMEA. You will be responsible for providing ongoing training management support to IP EMEA business units. This position offers an opportunity to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds in a dynamic work environment where interpersonal skills, technical skills and a process approach can be developed on a daily basis.
Key accountabilities
Training Management and Event Coordination (60%)
- Responsible for learning activities management through Learning Management System (setting up training events, exporting rosters & reporting on training participation)
- Supports data analysis from identification of learning and development needs through training evaluation
- Ensures training evaluation is conducted and lessons learned are implemented in program or event design
- Coordinates learning initiatives by timely communication with facilitators and participants, and ensuring all materials and resources are provided to relevant groups
- Coordinates training logistics (venue reservation, preparation of training materials, training evaluation reports and presentations for internal customers) for events targeted at IP EMEA participants where appropriate
- Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and complying with established guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Pro-actively looks for process and data quality improvement opportunities
Training Delivery, Communication and Other Duties (40%)
- Delivers training as assigned
- Supports design and implementation of eCourses, tutorials, manuals and other learning materials
- Leads or supports various L&D/Talent Management initiatives implementation in the region. This may include project management, communication and change management
- Actively contributes to branding and communication efforts by development of training offers, internal advertising campaigns and activity reports
- Supports vendor management as requested
- Plays an active role in sharing knowledge and best practices in the area of Learning and Development
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education, or an equivalent combination of education and business experience
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex content and present it in a clear, logical and appropriate format fit for a range of target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with colleagues and audiences from a variety of cultural backgrounds and to navigate within organization effectively
- Evidence of strong organizational skills, being able to multitask & prioritize with hands-on approach

- Previous experience of administering e-learning systems desirable
- Experience working within learning and development function would be an asset
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in French/ Italian/ Spanish, or fluency in Russian will be an asset.
