Baltic Human Capital was founded at the end of 2002 and operates according to the activity license no 34, issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs Estonia Feb 15, 2003. Baltic Human Capital desires to offer professional, skilled and non skilled work force to its cooperation partners and in order to achieve that, uses efficient recruitment and assessment methods. The work methods, flexibility, guarantees, quality and performance speed of Baltic Human Capital have allowed the enterprise to gather popularity in the market of employment mediation. By the beginning of 2005 more than 60 exclusive recruitment projects have been carried out and more than 700 specialists from different fields of expertise have been recruited.
