Selectcampjobs is the Recruitment & Selection department within the organisation of Selectcamp Group International B.V. and is responsible for the recruitment and selection process for all our campsite positions. Every year we recruit approximately 200 enthusiastic colleagues to work at our 3- and 4-star campsites in Europe. Our dedicated team, which is based in Alkmaar, the Netherlands, spends each day recruiting and selecting the most passionate and motivated seasonal staff. To recruit new people each year, we organise so-called selection afternoons, which start off with a presentation about Selectcamp, our campsites and the job at hand. We then sit down with you for a personal interview, in which we talk about your reasons for wanting to work for Selectcamp, about you as a person and, of course, we answer any questions you may have. Next to our Alkmaar office we also have an operational team for each region, consisting of an Operational Manager, Regional Manager and a Maintenance Team, who are ready to assist you throughout the season. It’s a vital group of colleagues who take pride and joy in working for Selectcamp every year!

In addition, our Regional Managers regularly visit the campsites to offer advice and assistance.
