Our Client is a German-based international provider of laboratory, analysis and process technology. Currently this company is expanding its position as a world leader in Laboratory, Analytical and Process technology for mixing, dispersing, stirring, grinding, homogenizing and other types of processing. Our Client employees over 800 employees at eight locations on four continents is proud to serve customers such as BASF, Bayer or Procter & Gamble. The company is the leader in the world market in most product groups.
Now for this company we are looking for:
- Provide day-to-day assistance and service to account managers, direct customers and service technicians.
- Handle incoming calls from customers requesting information, pricing and availability.
- Provide accurate processing of quotes to direct customers, within a 24-hour turn around period.
- Assist external account managers with communication of product information and technical specifications.
- Routinely study and gain technical knowledge on the laboratory and analytical product portfolio.
- Assist account managers during back order situations and potential order allocations.
- At least 2 years of experience in Office Management
- Proficiency in English next to mother language
- High academic education
- Result oriented and quality conscious
- Experience in sales support or customer service a plus
- Very good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
- Problem solving abilities and customer focus
- Familiar with Windows and MS Office
