Obsługą klienta europejskiego zajmują się zespoły: Brytyjski, Niemiecki, Szwajcarski, Francuski, Hiszpański, Włoski, Benelux i Export; klienci amerykańscy obsługiwani są we wszystkich trzech strefach czasowych: Wschodnie, Środkowe i Zachodnie Wybrzeże. Dział IT wspiera 3500 użytkowników w ponad 70 lokalizacjach w 15 krajach zapewniając klientom pełny zakres branżowych usług IT.
